If you have a specific arrangement style request, just indicate it in the special instructions below. For example: form a heart shape / form a letter M (needs at least two rose colors). Please be advised that not all arrangements can accommodate shapes and letter formations, our team will inform you if it is not possible to fulfill your request with the arrangement you've chosen.

If more than one flower color is chosen but no special instruction is indicated, we will automatically arrange the flowers alternating per stem.

Since all of our flowers are imported, we only have limited stocks per week. For arrangements with hydrangeas, we highly suggest to place your order at least 1 week in advance. Otherwise, there is a possibility for us to offer a different flower variety replacement. Someone from our team will get in touch with you in the case of unavailability.

Please avoid choosing a color for the custom print that will not be visible when placed together with the overall design that you've chosen. For example, gold custom print might not be as visible when attached to gold-colored balloon. We hold the right to REFUSE revisions with NO REFUND especially once materials have already been purchased and prepared. Therefore, in order for us to efficiently service your gifting needs, we would like to remind our customers that when placing orders, ensure that all information provided are final and correct before proceeding to payment.
